Hi! My name is Mia
I am a certified yoga and meditation instructor and Reiki Level II practitioner.
I began practicing yoga over 20 years ago and it was love at first downward dog. Yoga was my saving grace in managing stress and finding balance when I was a Project Management Executive in a fast paced NYC corporate environment. I’ve been teaching for 8 years and as a teacher I’m a perpetual student at heart. I continue to study with yoga teachers that are trained physical therapists. More recently I am a student in the basics of neurology and the nervous system and how these systems impact movement.
